ALL ecoLED products carry a warranty. This is product specific and is printed on the packaging. Each product carries a unique batch number to identify the production date, batch and warranty applicable.
ecoLED has a comprehensive return and warranty policy that covers all considered events of return of purchased goods.
It is our primary concern to be fair and ethical and offer good products and services, hence we offer immediate replacements or refunds on faulty products where they fall within their warranty period.
