The Warm White option of this Down Light closely replicates the light of a 50 halogen whereas the Cool White more closely replicates an 18 w CFL Down Light

This bulb uses 3 3w HP Bridgelux LED chips and a transparent diffuser lens to give a very even light spread throughout it's 60° beam angle.
